How Brain & Body Physical Therapy can help you
How We Help You Heal & Move Better
Every patient’s needs are unique, which is why we follow a simple but effective process that puts you first. From the moment you walk in, we focus on understanding your challenges, creating a tailored plan, and guiding you with one-on-one support every step of the way.
Thorough Evaluation & Personalized Plan
We start by taking the time to understand your medical history, your specific condition, goals and lifestyle. The evaluation includes assessment of your posture, range of motion, strength, joint play and special tests unique to your condition. We discuss treatment plan, likely outcomes and together set achievable and relevant goals for physical therapy.
One-on-one Follow-up Sessions:
Your progress is assessed at each session, and manual therapy techniques are used to attend to your specific condition. An exercise program is established and progressed regularly. Real time corrections and cues are given to ensure safety and best outcome. When safe, a home exercise program is provided to speed-up progress and maintain gains after discharge.
Recovery, Prevention & Confidence
As you improve, we help you build strength, stability and a better understanding of your condition. With understanding and education, wesee improved confidence in returning to activities, and better self-care to prevent the need for physical therapy in the future.

Experience with Us
Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is unique among PT experiences. The therapist owns and operates all functions so you are with her the whole hour. I very much appreciate this model and believe that I benefitted greatly from not being handed off to assistants after 10 minutes with the therapist.Posted on Christine CortezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. She provides one on one therapy for the entire session, which is so much better than my previous experiences at the corporate therapy clinics. She was so helpful in explaining my conditions, and, most importantly, I am now pain free!Posted on Susan ElsholzTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found Katie through a Google search and couldn't be more happy with the services that I received under her care. I found her to be very knowledgeable and thoughtful in her individualized approach to my care. She showed the perfect balance of concern and encouragement to push me farther than I would have on my own. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good PT.Posted on Fred HoganTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been a patient here twice this past year as I recovered from 2 joint replacements and cannot recommend Brain and Body enough! The owner, Katie, is highly knowledgeable and really pushed me in my healing journey. She explains everything you’re doing not only for the how but the why. I’ve learned so much and healed so well because of her guidance. You can’t go wrong here, check it out!!Posted on Kellie HostTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have had a great experience with Brain and Body. The results have been great, and I have had a much better experience versus a chain PT facility. You receive one on one care here instead of being a number they are trying to rush through. Highly recommend!Posted on Don Trabulsy
